1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame specified at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made beyond the allowed period will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
2. Refund Process

- Refund requests must include booking details such as the reservation ID and date of booking.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Event Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule an event, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
- Any price difference due to a new booking date must be covered by the customer.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Special discounts and promotional packages.
- Custom event arrangements and décor services.
- Any third-party service booked on your behalf.
5. Force Majeure
Avini’s Garden & Hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
